Self-Transcendence 6/12/24 Hour Race


Location and Organisation

The Race is organized in the beautiful atmosphere in the Park of International Friendship at Usce, New Belgrade. Flat, 2 km long race course starts from Recna Mornarica, follows the walking track towards Hotel Yugoslavia, then turns and follows the cycling track from the Hotel back to the starting point. It is a round, flat asphalt road 2 km long.

Near the Start/Finish area the organizers put a main station with counters, dormitories, toilets, 24-hour food and refreshments table and kitchen. Medical care and massage are available for the runners during the Race. In night hours, we put up extra lights, especially along the part of the cycling track which does not have any city illumination.

Entries

Entries are payed by all the participants at the Registration table before the Race starts.

All participants are running at their own responsibility and should be fit and sufficiently trained for the Race.

Categories for the runners:

Men under 50
Men over 50
Women under 50
Women over 50


Award Ceremony

Award Ceremony is taking place about two hours after the Race finishes, at the Start/Finish line.

Absolute category - trophies for the first three finishers in men's and women's categories
Veterans - trophies for the first place in mens' and womens' category

Medals:

All the participants who *finish the race receive a medal.

Certificates:

All the participants who finish the race receive a certificate.
                     (*leaving the track before the race finishes is considered as giving up)

There are no money rewards given to the winners.
